What support is available?
The Rotherham Housing & Drug Link is a free service offered to individuals with substance misuse and tenancy issues that are engaged in Community Drug Team services.
Areas of support may include:
- Advice, advocacy and liaison with statutory and voluntary agencies,
- Accessing housing and welfare benefits
- Budgeting, bill paying and debt advice
- Help with applications forms
- Referral to other support agencies
- Support regarding property bidding (Internet access available)
Can it help me?
You may be able to benefit from this project if:
- You are 18 or over
- You have or have had substance misuse issues
- You are currently homeless or will soon become homeless
- You are moving out of institutional accommodation or care
- You are in need of stable accommodation
- You need support with life skills, confidence building and with socializing.
How can support be accessed?
Referrals for this service are accepted from a Community Drug key Worker or Drug Intervention Programme Worker. Support is available by appointment at:
