Action Property Services is an ethical and responsible property management and maintenance organisation which aims to build a portfolio of properties through negotiation with private landlords and property purchase working towards full RSL status, as well as to provide employment opportunities for vulnerable adults.

Once we identify, through discussion with our branches, a need to offer accommodation-based support, we can buy, or rent premises that best suit our service users’ needs in terms of location and type. We can coordinate the completion of any necessary work to coincide with the immediate occupation of the property and ensure the whole process is managed through with both minimum disruption and loss of income.

Our aim is to develop a network of landlords who are realistic about the level of income they expect from their property and between them satisfy our geographical requirements. In addition, we are working with major banks to attract additional finance and fund an expansion of our property portfolio.

Simultaneously we are meeting with various organisations, including local councils, to take advantage of any grants, enhanced loans and other potentially beneficial and commercially advantageous methods of funding our expansion in this area. This type of partnership is extremely beneficial to us and to the councils, we are providing them
