Tenant Services

Action Housing and Support are a registered provider of social housing. The majority of our stock is used to provide supported housing; however we are currently expanding our general needs units across the majority of the areas we work in. We let these units to individuals and families who find themselves in housing need.

General needs properties are available in the following areas:

  • Derby City
  • Derbyshire (Chesterfield, Bolsover and NE Derbyshire)
  • Rotherham

They are accessed either via the local Choice Based Lettings scheme or by direct application. Our application form is available to download here.

Our properties are maintained and repaired by either our in-house maintenance team or one of our contracting partners. We aim to ensure all of our properties are maintained at a high standard and meet all of the legislative rules and guidance with regards to Health and Safety. Our ethos is to provide you with a Home not a house.

If you are a current tenant you can report a repair directly from this site by visiting our Want to..? pages here. If you prefer you can call us on 01709 834488 or email us at HousingServices@actionhousinguk.org

Nobody gets it right all of the time, at Action Housing and Support we appreciate feedback from our tenants whether good or bad. It helps us to improve our services to you and future tenants. If you have a complaint we want to hear it and you can provide your comments directly from this site by visiting our Want to..? pages here.
